Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClauDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use ClauDesk for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in ClauDesk
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using ClauDesk. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClauDesk to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClauDesk or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use ClauDesk.
